To have a whole new and easy shopping experience at home, the Glamiface provides 15 days return and exchange policy for you. You can return or exchange all items with in 15 days of product receipt.


Important : Exchanges / returns will only be processed if the returned merchandise is unused with all original accessories i.e. tags, labels & poly bag etc.

2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?

• If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it with other product or products, simply
• Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
• You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
• Once we receive the product, we will send the new products (depending on the availability).

RETURN POLICY:

1. What if I wish to return my product?

• If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply
•  send/courier us the product at our Office address (address will be provided at the time of return filed).
•  Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached we will refund your amount.

2. How will I get My refund?
